One of the things we love to do on The Twisted Geeks Podcast is review books, movies, games, and everything else that appeals to the geek within us. If you are a publisher, distributor, or even an independent entity putting out your own material and want us to review your product on our website (and maybe on our podcast), please email us!
If we think your product would be a good match for The Twisted Geeks, we will give you an address to send a review copy to. Occasionally, we make exceptions for digital versions of films and books to be sent to us, but please keep in mind that these will take a back seat to the physical copies. If you are an event organizer and would like to provide passes for us to come to your event, we would be happy to promote, attend to cover, and recap so long as there are no schedule conflicts and it’s within acceptable traveling distance for us (Our turf ranges from Everett to Tacoma).
We do not accept payment for our reviews, to ensure that they will be our honest opinion and will not take any compensation beyond accepting a copy of the material to be reviewed. If you would like to show your appreciation for our review, feel free to post it on your website, facebook, or any other social media. Don’t be afraid to suggest us to your fellow authors, publishers, and creative organizers to be put on reviewer lists.
We at the Twisted Geeks try to review as many things on our show and website as we can without dedicating the entire show to it. Please be patient and remember that while Morgue Anne devours books and Chris Saint plays a lot of games, not everything delivered to us can make it to the website or podcast in as timely a fashion as everyone would like. Sometimes your book or movie has a few others waiting in line before it, and it takes time to give your product an honest and thorough review.
The Twisted Geeks love to help promote and encourage creativity and general geekery. To have your product reviewed, please send us an email with a brief description of what you have to offer, and we’ll see what we can do to help!
